Anaka I. Hansen

Lukins & Annis proudly welcomes Anaka I. Hansen as a new Transactional Attorney.

A recent graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, Anaka brings substantial experience in contract negotiations, intellectual property, and privacy law.  Her legal background includes roles as a legal intern and paralegal in the financial services industry.

Anaka is joining the transaction practice group focusing on commercial real property and all manner of business agreements.  Her knowledge and expertise support the entire life cycle of a business, from formation to dissolution, and her experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts will strengthen the firm’s transactional capabilities.  Anaka’s leadership during law school as the President of the Gonzaga Intellectual Property Law Association and Captain of the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Team further demonstrates her commitment to the legal field.
