Attorney Gerry Rein has been providing legal services to Columbia Basin residents since the early 1970s. In 1992, Lukins & Annis, P.S., opened an office in Moses Lake.
With Principal Attorney, David Webster, at his side, Gerry continues his weekly commute to Moses Lake in order to provide superior legal services to clients in the Columbia Basin. With over 40 years of experience, Gerry has become very familiar with the complex rules and regulations of the BoR, FSA, and other government programs. Gerry has had significant experience with common legal issues faced by his farming clients which include irrigated, dry land, and orchards producing all types of crops ranging from potatoes to cherries.
Gerry and Dave specialize in estate planning, business formation and planning, farm leases, and transition planning matters.
