Lukins & Annis’ CDA Office is pleased to welcome Andrew Simister as an Associate Attorney specializing in litigation. A 2023 graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, Andrew earned his Juris Doctor with “honors”, and granted the President’s Academic Excellence Award, as well as the Luvera and Merit Scholarships. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utah Valley University, where he made the Dean’s List and was recognized with the National Society of Leadership and Success Award.
Andrew brings valuable experience as a previous Deputy Prosecutor at the Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office, where he managed a heavy caseload, drafted legal motions, and led both solo and co-chaired felony trials. He also gained experience at Cusack Law Firm in probate, guardianship, and business law. Andrew is committed to bringing his litigation, research, and advocacy skills to his new role in our CDA office.
Outside of work, Andrew is an Eagle Scout, fluent in Spanish, and has a background in missionary service in Mexico City. He is excited to continue his career in civil litigation with our CDA team.
